Marine Corps mascot Pfc Chesty XIV nuzzles against outgoing Marine Corps mascot Sgt Chesty XIII. English bulldogs have been mascots with the Marine Corps since the 1950s. The name ‘Chesty’ is in honour of General Lewis ‘Chesty’ Puller.
